Pailton Pottery Empty Pailton Pottery

Post by Beege December 3rd 2018, 2:59 am

Hallo all.
This neat little goblet (4.5" tall by 3.5" diameter) is clearly signed, but I am unable to identify via Yates-Owen/Fournier.
Can anybody please assist?
Thank you.
Jack

I’ve come across this pottery before. I believe it’s signed Pailton which is a village in Warwickshire, but I don’t know the potter. Found one with an SL monogram.

Just had a 'rummage' on the net and it looks pretty convincing.
Many thanks Naomi...quick and spot-on...as usual.

Pailton pot without swirl decoration, impressed with Pailton mark plus potter's 'SL' monogram.
