Strange small stem flower vase. Have not had any luck with google

Classical urn aspects to the design ?

Identifying small green studded stem stem flower vase Flower11

12cm tall
7cm wide
Bone china or porcelain glossy base glazed china inside and out and to base
No makers mark
Flower or flower fairy design (Painted?) x 2
Pale green base colour matte over the china
Mid-green studs all over
Raised curved pink red and blue small curved detailing

It was with a 1860s Charles Meigh Poseidon jug but there is no particular reason to think they are contemporary or same source.

Maybe Czech Amphora ware although there are some aspects of it that looks early 20thC Japanese. Always helps to have a photo of the base to check construction

I think it’s Czech because of the shiny white porcelain of the base. If it was Japanese I’d expect it to be an earthenware
