Hi again

We've managed to photo some more of my late mother's collection and we're struggling to identify the following plate / dish / tray marked in two places with an RG mark.

We'd love some help as this is a lovely piece: matte / dry glaze with blue peacock style designs to each side of the stepped tray - it measures about 35cm across.
