Pair of small terracotta vases - Probably Torquay ware

Two small unmarked  terracotta vases, about 10cm tall, nicely turned, simply decorated with  spots of  white and grey-green enamel,  plus some little black brushmarks. They feel quite old:  perhaps early Torquay?

I think it’s Watcombe terracotta, late 19thC

Certainly Watcombe and the Torquay Terracotta Company are the closest things I can find, though the decoration tends to be a bit more elaborate. If no one comes up with anything more similar, I'll have to assume its one of the two.
