Stamped Luling Icehouse, Texas. Made by Charlie Pritchard.

From his website: “[Charlie] became the first apprentice of internationally acclaimed, British born potter Mark Hewitt of Pittsboro, North Carolina” in the late 90s, before setting up Luling Icehouse Pottery with his wife Holly.
