Unknown Vase marked CHB

I bought this in a charity shop today and can't seem to find anything about the mark anywhere. It looks like CHB and on the other side of the base there are the numbers 77

Most U.K. potters are brought up in the Leach tradition of stamping their monogram on their pots. An inscribed mark often points to a hobby potter, although itís always possible itís from somewhere like the US or Australia where such method of marking is far more common place

Thank you. I realised earlier that I already have a casserole dish with the same mark on it and the numbers 78. I wonder if it is someone in Gloucestershire as I think my mother bought the casserole years ago.
