Aldermaston dish - probably Simon Rich monogram

i guys loving the sunshine! Found this little beauty today, advertised as Caiger Smith but pretty sure it's not! Any help appreciated.

I have some drawings of Aldermaston marks that I got from someone, can't remember who, and that suggests Simon Rich too.
