Any ideas about this bowl? Empty Any ideas about this bowl?

Hi Guys anyone seen a bowl like this before? It is incredibly fine and translucent and small. My initial thoughts were its totally modern but the numbers and rim seem to steer towards having some age to it? Any thoughts on maker or date?
