Slip moulded sheep pomander by Alexander Ceramics, Wales Empty Slip moulded sheep pomander by Alexander Ceramics, Wales

Any ideas? Slip molded. Might be marked on the side of the base - GR?. Not sure why there are so many holes in the base of the sheep - one big one and 6 little ones.

Edited to say it's by Alexander Ceramics, Wales. Found one with a label.

Possibly an early or trial piece by Grahame Clarke Porcelain. There is a ram by the pottery with a similar shape .

I doubt it to be honest, looks to be made from white earthenware?

I don’t think earthenware works for slip moulding. I think it looks that way because the base is unglazed

Am pretty sure it does? Shrugs But if your pretty sure it's porcelain, then it probably is.
