Hi

A nicely defined piece in matte glaze. I saw it and thought of the Langley animals at first. There seems to be a makers mark on the base but I can't grasp it, could be two numbers?

Not Langley, maybe Beswick, then we go through the list of potteries.

Yeah probably not the right material of Langley. I had their Fox Cub about 6 years ago and it's shape is quite similiar if memory serves correctly. I'll go down the list of regular suspects and see what I can find. Cheers DD

Not Midwinter or Hornsea, so we go onto the usual list of suspects,
Beswick, Clews, Trentham, Coopercraft, Melba.

Not Beswick, or at least it's not in my book for Beswick animals.
