West German lustre vase Empty West German lustre vase

I assumed this one was either Czech or Japanese until I read West Germany on the base. Any ideas who could have made it and when? The base number looks like 602-12 and it's just under 12cm tall.
Sorry it's a bit out of focus. It's basically all there but is a little more lustrous in the flesh.
