Two bowls, maker unknown.

Good morning folks, I am hoping to identify these two pieces. I have never come across the mark before. The fourth picture is of the mark on a similar bowl as to that in the first three.
I am also curious as to how these were made. On the surface they look quite nicely tube lined by hand, but I am wondering if the decorative result has been achieved through some sort of mould. Any help much appreciated, thank you.
