This may be wide of the mark, but it is worth mentioning. There is a near identical mark in the studio potters' marks book by Owen Fournier, page 324. Iain Markkham - Lancashire 1979-86.

A nice vase, when I looked at the first picture I thought of Linthorpe.

Markham’s mark is a grid, where as this looks like a Manor House.
