ROYAL COPENHAGEN SILVER ENCASED VASE

Hello All

I recently purchased this interesting vase which I think is Royal Copenhagen it measures 7 inches tall and has a very unusual glaze. The vase has a beautiful art nouveau style decoration which I think would date it to around 1910. Any help with regards to maker and also silver hallmarks would be greatly appreciated.
