I think the C Mark has 5 raised dots to centre and A & P Combined mark alongsode.

Has anyone seen these marks before?

It I've come across it a few times before. There was a suggestion it's by Allan Peacey, Grindon Pottery, but so far unverified
Edited to add, a recent eBay listing said the dots or dice mark was for Five Districts Pottery in Yorkshire but no info on Google
