Stoneware looks too rough for RC.
Mike Powers used the red selenium a lot, and some items
were unmarked, with stickers.

I think it may be a local hobby potter. I vaguely recall a West Street Potters exhibition in Farnham a few years ago where one of the potters had used this bright red glaze in their decoration. We weren't allowed to pick up the pieces Shock so I don't know if they marked their work.
