Turquoise/Teal and Black Incised Vase Marked "S.T." Empty Turquoise/Teal and Black Incised Vase Marked "S.T."

Heavy teal and black vase with deep incised lines. Approximately 15.2cm tall (6 inches), 10 cm wide (4 inches) and weighs 660 grams (1 pound 7 ounces). It has 2 distinct chop markings on the bottom but I have been unable to identify the maker. Marked with "S.T." inside of a circle and another circle with 4 leaves or feathers.
Any help on the maker would be appreciated.

They look to be very distinctive marks. Have you tried The Marks Project of US studio pottery marks?

Thank you for the reply. Yes I searched The Marks Project. I also used Google to search without finding a match. I bought this recently at a flea market and do not have any background history on it.
