V Old Large enamelled Ice Bucket vase? Wheres it from?!

This is the last one I'm posting today - promise!

Bought this years ago too, and currently sits on my kitchen window sill!

Frankly, it looks like an ice bucket - but that conflicts with its age, as judging by the extensive wear to the base - is V old. then, the design itself seems V classic - and then I get lost in questioning everything!

Shed me some light please!! - oh, it measures about 25 cm tall
