MID CENTURY BARBARA HEPWORTH INSPIRED CERAMIC VESSEL

Post by CharlieC on Sat Sep 16, 2017 9:59 am

Anyone out there recognise this piece? A tapering, ovoid form, stands at 10 inches... Has an ivory crackle-glaze exterior with a matt black interior. Has no makers marks... Any info would be most welcome. Thanks.

A base pic always helps, even if unmarked.

Mass produced item. Maybe an ikebana vase from Japan.
