Monogram looks European to me, maybe French or German

I am no expert but those look like oriental characters to me. Could it be Chinese/Japanese dated studio?

I also didn't see it as Latin script but not from China or Japan either

I think it's just an old fashioned French script. Looks like there's an F in there
