Is someone see the plate like this one spend the ages to try find it but nothing saw the blue one but not like this any idea

Andalucia is the pattern name.

Quite possibly John Tams from the 1870s or 1880s. Try to see if you can interpret what the impressed horseshoe lettering says as that will probably be helpful.

Oh wait, you mentioned Annfield Pottery in the title so presumably that's the impressed mark. A very simple five second Google search brings up a large number of John Thompson references.

Goddens has John Thompson, Annfield pottery, Glasgow 1816-1865.
