Unknown jug, TB mark - French? Empty Unknown jug, TB mark - French?

Recently found this large jug marked TB. I suspect it's not British. The way the handle has been finished is reminiscent of French pottery

Perception is a very curious thing. I can also read that as a line with raised dots below it! Doesn't help in the identification of course... Laughter
Take out the crackle gaze, and I would say it probably was French.
