I can't read the mark on this but it is numbered 303/12

My initial thought looking at the numbers would be West German

I think the lettering says 'Ruscha Handgemalt' (Handpainted). The shape number would suggest a series called Krug but I can't find the exact one. Might be quite early - 1950s?
