There's a Perfingham Moor in Norfolk, mentioned in the 18thC, which was probably the old spelling for Dersingham, but nothing else on google

The shape looks a little like a Salisbury Kettle or Old Sarum Kettle.

I would have thought European. Could be a French flask shape and Vallauris glazes

Reminds me a bit of Alpho (Alphonse Mouton), also the gold writing (look at this: https://cdn-img-3.wanelo.com/p/346/9d5/4b3/0a7a274e661f235d380e7de/x354-q80.jpg), but normally he is doing blue, green and brown pieces. I have never seen a red Alpho.
