Ceramic milk jug + sugar bowl bubble pattern? Empty Ceramic milk jug + sugar bowl bubble pattern?

Can anyone help identify this ceramic milk jug and sugar bowl set?
Bought them over ten years ago from a charity shop but have no idea who has made them or what firm?
Am I right in saying they have a bubble pattern?
Any information would be great.
There are no marks or initials underneath.

They look moulded. Could you post a photo of the base, please. The 'bubbles' are called dimples.
