A Rather charming sphere vase with P mark - Coral Lava effect
Hi
I like this piece just because of the rim juxtaposing with the bubble white glaze. I just think it gives it a real Mid Century zing!
Incised P with arrow tail on base, looks rather German to me.
Approximately 13 cm across and 10 cm high with a base rim.

Great piece! Not a mark I recognise, and the black clay makes me think Scandinavian (similar to Michael Andersen's work) or German, although it might be a brown wash over a lighter stoneware?

Cool. Yeah the clay is very dark brown almost black inside and out so I think it's the generic unglazed fired colour for the material. That's why I like it, not shown very well but that unglazed circular rim really gives it some bing zing :0)

Reminded me of Lindy Martin's work but I don't think she marks her work and she's only been potting for the part few years
