Unmarked. ID possible? Empty Unmarked. ID possible?

I found this today and love it. Evokes west country scenery ( to me).
Coarse clay, topmost band of colour ( blue) is applied fairly thickly and lower half is unglazed.
There is no mark as far as I can see . 16cm high

Had a look at pieces of his and it appears he invariably marks them

Like Naomi, the colouring and scratching reminded me of Robin Welch, but even without seeing the base I thought it unlikely. The stoneware body isn't the same as I've known Robin to use and the base is very amateur.

All potters occasionally miss marking pots but it's really the other things I've mentioned that confirm to me that it's not by Robin.

There is White House pottery in Scotland which does textural pieces out of a thick cement-like stoneware but not usually in this shape
