I think these are all Japanese - the one on the left has a round mark which is unusual. I don't know how old these are.

I think they are made in Hong Kong. Modern. For decorative use only; those bright enamels can be poisonous if in contact with food or drink.
Just my personal opinion, take it or leave it.
