numbers on the bottom porcelain figure

hi I have a lovely figure with a number on the bottom any idea what is the made

The numbers on the bottom are the stock code. I think its probably brand new and produced in Asia in one of the many factories making lots of decorative ceramics. Europeans have long since moved past anonymous ceramics and tend to make heavily branded items. Not always better quality but almost certainly always signed. The exception could be Spain or say Hungary but even then they would probably give you a box with a company name on it. Still a decorative item though and a lot of people would enjoy living with it.
