Blue / green vase Empty Blue / green vase

Hi,

If anyone could shed some light on this I would be most grateful.

The colours are very vibrant, it measures 12 inches high, approximately seven at it's widest and weighs just under a kilo.

There seems to be a faint mark on the base but I can't really make it out.
