Painted copper (?) charger - art nouveau or art nouveau-style? Empty Painted copper (?) charger - art nouveau or art nouveau-style?

I found this at the bottom of a pile of large dinner plates and fell in love with the colours. When I look at the back, I can believe it has some age but the front is still so beautifully vibrant (apart from some scratches) that I can't imagine this could be up to 100 years old. It's around 25cm across

Egyptian motifs? Second half of the 20thC would be my guess
