Vase with blue glaze round the rim, a beige nuka type glaze at the shoulders and a brick red body. Unmarked, unless the mark is obscured on the base. Stilt marks and glaze on the base.
I suspect it's early 20thC. English or maybe Belgium? Wardle Pottery? Roseville Robinson Ransbottom?

The blue part looks to be an example of a type of crystaline glaze that was popping up in Europe from the mid 1920's until the outbreak of the 2nd world war. Not something that Wardle would make (it's a bit late anyway by the 20's they had changed there name to Royal Cauldon).  I think your probably right about Belgium or that part of Europe anyway. It has that look and is certainly from that period (no one in Europe could make these glazes before around 1900 and after 1940 few bothered).

I like Cheeky

quite like my one here - different colour and size but staged colouring and glaze is very similar. Not that that helps at all as I still dont know who made it :(

Just seen a Roseville Robinson Ransbottom, Ohio, USA, jug in the same glaze; called a 'brown drip' glaze.
I think the vase in Debbie's link could also be by the same company, but they are invariably stamped on the the base which is why I'll leave the thread in ID My Pottery for now, until there's secondary corroboration.
