T G Green Cornish Stoneware. Is Lid Original?
T G Green Stoneware from a charity shop, I know sometimes things get muddled up, and I'm not altogether sure if this is the lid it was made with....or is it not meant to have a lid and I got an extra piece of pottery!
Can anyone advise me please?

I would expect a lid to cover the handles too.

It's a shame both have been parted...somewhere (if it's still in one piece) there's a very ill fitting T G Green lid.

Never seen that mark, or the pottery before. It's not in the book, but I would
guess at a pre-war date.
