Huge Elegant Stretched Floor Vase Empty Huge Elegant Stretched Floor Vase

This big beauty is a complete mystery to me. It's 80cm tall (give or take for the wavy rim) The honey coloured glass has red oval shapes in it which have been very skilfully stretched and elongated into the neck.
It has a sticker which says 'hand made'. Can anyone help identify ( Murano?) a maker or approximate age please?
