Art Deco 1920-30's Frosted glass Vase..Unusual shape-Chinese Lantern

Good morning everyone,
I have a pale blue frosted glass art deco 1920-30's Vase, with koi carp or fish designs, probably Koi, simply because of the unusual 'Chinese Lantern' style shape to the body. I am struggling to I.D the maker or design. Its not lalique. Could it be an early Pierre D'Avesn for Daum or is it likely to be a Czech piece like Barolac or another.
