Here's a small thrown porcelain vase - it reminds me of a granny smith apple.

Not sure when it was made, but he seems to be using blue glazes now...

I've read Delan works in Hayle, Cornwall. Does anyone know exactly where his studio is?

A beautiful globular pot with flared rim by Delan Cookson, found in a charity shop yesterday.

"He is most widely known nowadays for his brilliant clear blue glaze; a barium/lithium recipe with a small amount of copper carbonate to produce the blue colour. It is semi-translucent and is sprayed so that varying thickness can be achieved to give greater or lesser depth of colour and allowing the white porcelain body to add brilliance to the finished pot."
