art glass plate approx 10" rough pontil

A lovely delicate wavy plate/dish. I dont know alot about glass but can see that there is a rough pontil mark so mouth blown? not sure how you would mouth blow something this shape??the colours are delicate swirls and there are quite a few bubbles in the glass. Any help appreciated :)

Many thanks for the link - really interesting and so much work! would have likled to have seen exctly what he did to make it into a plate shape as he was just off camera - presumably he shook it around a bit :)

There are other videos available but basically they swing it around upside down until it achieves the size and shape required
