I’m thinking Lucy Rickards, the mark matches that on the BISPM website and she did make overglaze decorated terracotta, but there are very few examples of her work online to compare. Very pretty mug though!

I’ve checked on the Lostwithiel thread and my first instincts were right - this mark is the same as a jug on there with an L above the P but impressed sideways and I can see it on my one now.
