Figural candle holder - Marazion Pottery? - RW mark MZ mark Empty Figural candle holder - Marazion Pottery? - RW mark MZ mark

Anyone have any ideas who this could be by, it looks very Scandinavian in style to me, reminds me of Jie Gantofta & Lisa Larsson figures.
Not even sure what it is, initially I thought it was a candlestick but the hat has a curved indent so couldn't see a candle sitting securely on it.
Has two impressed marks to the back, looks like a MZ & PM but haven't been able to identify them :(
Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

MZ mark is apparently for early Marazion Pottery, set up by George Nash.
RW is very similar to that used by Rod Weightman but not quite the same. He was at The Piggin Pottery, Dorking
