saki or tea set, modern Chinese Empty saki or tea set, modern Chinese

have a set that not sure whether its for saki or tea. the cups are about 1 and half inch tall, the picture is 3 and a half inches tall and the plate is about 5 and a half inches across. there is a mark on the bottom of the picture. don't know if its japanese or chinese. could use some help identifying the mark on the set. thanx.saki or tea set, modern Chinese Img_0041
