I thought Welsh - Crochendy pottery or Anvil pottery - but not finding similar pieces

I've seen a similar one in eBay attributed to Bob Culloden but not convinced. Anvil pottery is still my first choice.
Edited to add, Pris McGirr's Cilladon Pottery is also possible
