Can't find any reference to a Thomas Webb. Is he the Webb from Mappin & Webb? Would this be pre or post war?

I've had no luck finding a company with the name Thomas Webb that fits and the design of the tankard, being somewhat traditional, doesn't help with deciding the age.

I think it's relatively modern Naomi, saying "silver plated".
