Scandinavian style bottle vase? Empty Scandinavian style bottle vase?

Can anyone help ID this bottle vase. Colour is very similar to Whitefriars Indigo but style is very Scandinavian. Size is roughly 8" tall. Small polished ground pontil to base, coloured glass - not cased.
