Another of my fishy piece. Signed by whom? Empty Another of my fishy piece. Signed by whom?

I would like to say this was loved by a previous owner, sadly not. But it was used.

The bowl has been used to hold a house plant? and this has suffered with a buidup of what I assume is limescale.

The base is signed.. THB????? and bears another mark S18. Sizeis 7 1/2" by 6 1/2".

I have wet the bowl for a better image.
