Hi

Nice little orange geode clear cased optical control bubble glass bowl but unusually with a wide ground out pontil depression on base. All my others have been flat based so it's a little odd to see this version and I wondered if it was indicative of a certain maker.

Well I didn't like to say anything. The finish and optical look is more of an Italian style though.

I'd always thought these Marigold ash-trays, which come in several sizes,
were Whitefriars.
