Mod Vase or Candleholder? Very heavy crystal and steel. Empty Mod Vase or Candleholder? Very heavy crystal and steel.

Hi Everyone - Found this yesterday at a little store I frequent. It's very thick and HEAVY cut crystal with a steel or chrome base. It's about 11" high, and probably weighs about 9lbs. The crystal is about 1/2" thick. It appears to be signed with an etched "K", or it could be a stick figure?

There's an old, typed label that appears to be catalog numbers(?) and a couple of old prices.

Any information would be appreciated!
