This is one of a pair I have, namely the other one is female but I don't have it to hand at the moment. I am sure I have seen the mark before somewhere but can't retrace my tracks. Can anyone help please?

Is the second mark a spiral? There is a Spiral Pottery in Australia. I wonder if it's from there?

I enhanced the image so to improve the backstamp. Try this one. Sorry but I don't know what composite means as regards this lol but it's pottery

The base looks quite grainy, so I was wondering if it was a composite of quartz grains and resin or plaster, which would give a stone-like texture but is unfired.
