ID this round smoke glass vase please

Hello

This large, heavy smoke glass vase has a ground out bottom. it is hard to see but the glass has inclusions within it that make it look a bit pebbly, although the exterior is smooth.

It is unsigned. I would like to know where it is from and who made it.
