It's a make of vodka from Holland. eBay has them listed as Szeiler and Goebel, but the marks are unclear.

Szeiler is Staffordshire, so unlikely to have made a Dutch advertising piece.
Plus they have holes in the underside.
Goebel is more likely, but what about Jemma of Holland?

Found one with a stamp for a USSR factory, which would make sense if the vodka was made in Russia (even if it's sold through a Dutch company).

Looks like a later added fake mark to me? I've never seem them use an over-painted mark anyway.

Also the clay looks wrong, but it does look correct for Szeiler from what I can make out, wondering if they made them for export?

Not sure about that Potty. I have had loads of Lomonosov animals over the years,
all with an ink-stamp mark, which too easily rubs off.
An old trick, as the earlier USSR models were more desireable, was to rub off some
letters of RUSSIA to leave USS... to con the buyer.

The easily rubbed off ink stamp mark I would expect were it legit.

This mark is hand painted not stamped though.

Also I think all Lomonosov is porcelain? at least much of it was and these figures appear to be earthenware.

Pretty sure I've also had earthenware models before, with the red mark on a matt base.

It's quite possible they did earthenware, but it's mostly the hand painted mark that raises questions in my opinion.

Think we'll have to agree to disagree on this one Most Excellent

Potty, I may be confusing an unglazed biscuit porcelain base with earthenware.

Some marks

Maybe DD, from just an unglazed base rim it's easy to mix them up, especially as some earthenware has a much denser structure than others, assume this is due to the type/mix of clay used and firing temps?

The first 4 marks in that link I have never seen, but the rest all look pretty typical (all stamped/transfer printed).
