I just can't crack the 4 word etched mark on the base. Third seems to start SEO - There's a similar piece from Glass Act Studio Thailand but it's not that.

Could it be Selkirk glass Scotland?
They did do this swirly stuff.

Could well read Selkirk Glass Scotland for the first 3 words as just checked another signature online and the g in glass and d at the end of Scotland look right
